When Sampha first carried out on the Tiny Desk in 2017, it was simply him and his keys. However for this second spherical, he had a really particular imaginative and prescient to execute. Accompanied by a spirited four-piece band who double as his background singers and percussionists, every member relishes in making music in a number of, inventive configurations.

Sampha Lahai Sisay’s music is thought for its sheer vulnerability in tackling the human expertise.
