Billy Joel has given his response to Fall Out Boy‘s newly up to date model of his traditional single ‘We Didn’t Begin The Hearth’.

The piano legend was talking with BBC Radio 2’s Zoe Ball this morning (July 10) when he was requested for his response to the discharge, saying “Fall Out Boy, yeah I heard about this. All people has been desirous to know when there’s going to be an up to date model of it as a result of my track began in 1949 and led to 1989 – it was a 40-year span.”

“All people mentioned are you going to do half two? When are you going to do half two? And I mentioned, meh, I’ve already executed half one. So, Fall Out Boy, go forward, nice – take it away!”

The brand new FOB model tracks main information occasions and popular culture references from 1989 to 2023, together with ‘Deep Fakes, Earthquakes’ and My Chemical Romance‘s ‘The Black Parade’.
