Actual Property have introduced a brand new album, Daniel, and shared its first single, “Water Underground,” through a music video that includes the celebs of the Nineties TV present, The Adventures of Pete & Pete. They’ve additionally introduced some 2024 tour dates. Daniel is due out February 23, 2024 through Domino. Actual Property’s present lineup is Martin Courtney (vocals, guitar), Alex Bleeker (bass, vocals), Matt Kallman (keyboards), Julian Lynch (guitar), and Sammi Niss (drums). Daniel Tashian (Kacey Musgraves) produced the album, which was recorded over 9 days at RCA Studio A in Nashville.
Courtney had this to say in regards to the new single in a press launch: “This music is about writing songs.
