It’s been just a few years since Mary Lattimore’s final correct full-length, 2020’s Silver Ladders, although the harpist has stored busy since then. As we speak, she’s saying a brand new album, Goodbye, Lodge Arkada, named after a Croatian lodging renovated out of its old-world appeal. It options contributions from the Treatment’s Lol Tolhurst, Slowdive’s Rachel Goswell, and extra. Lattimore had this to say about it:

After I consider these songs, I take into consideration fading flowers in vases, melted candles, getting older, being on tour and having issues change whilst you’re away, not realizing how ephemeral experiences are till they don’t occur anymore, concern for a planet we’re dropping due to greed, an ode to artwork and music that’s actually formed your life that may transport you again in time, longing to take care of sensitivity and to not sink into hole despondency.
