Shamir has shared a video for his new tune “The Starting,” which is the fourth and closing single to be launched from his upcoming album Homo Anxietatem. “The Starting” dives into the missteps of a relationship passed by, whereas feeling emotionally trapped as time barrels ahead. Shamir directed the hometown video filmed in Bartram’s Backyard with musician mates, together with members of the band Friendship and Ladifa.
Of the tune, he says in a press launch:“‘The Starting’ is a tune I wrote once I was 14 years previous and had by no means skilled love, but I used to be already inundated by all the standard tropes.
